Performance Measurement
- 360 degree performance assessment is done once a year according to competencies required for the position and the objectives.
- Results are shared with the employees in feedback sessions. Coming years goals are presented, efficiency improvement development plans, trainings-career plans are prepared.
Education and Development
- Employees first participate in the Orientation which helps adapt to the culture, principles and work environment of Başyapı.
